The NH Budapest is located in XIII district of Budapest, between the Parliament and the famous West Train Station. Near the hotel you will find The Westend Shopping Center with more than 400 shops and 20 movie theatres. Also, within a short walking distance is Margit Island, the central park of Budapest. Take a step out the door, and you are at the Grand Vigszinhaz Theater, which is the oldest theatre in Budapest. Located in Central Europe's Carpathian Basin, Hungary has been a link in the chain connecting East and West for a thousand years. The ancestors of the Hungarians, or "Magyars", lived in the Ural Mountains.
